## THE FIVE LAYERS

### LAYER 1: Origin
Where did you actually get this belief? Verification? Trust? Reading? Emotional fit?

### LAYER 2: Consistency
Do you apply this belief the same way every time, or do you shift standards depending on what you want to believe?

### LAYER 3: Knowledge Gaps
What would you need to understand to fully defend this belief? Do you have that understanding?

### LAYER 4: Emotional Service
Does this belief make you feel safe, right, smart, powerful? Does it serve you emotionally?

### LAYER 5: Solo Defense
Could you defend this belief if you couldn’t claim it’s mainstream, expert, or what you were told? Could you stand alone with it?

## WHAT WE DISCOVERED IN DAY 1

Sarah believed: “Commitment creates reality through behavioral causation.”

But in examining it, she revealed something deeper:

**Commitment creates reality ONLY when rooted in love.**

When she’s focused on others’ judgment instead of her love of singing, the belief breaks down. She doesn’t try. It becomes self-fulfilling prophecy in reverse.

But when she reconnects to the love underneath – to genuine fascination and care – the belief works.

That’s not theory. That’s lived data.
