Weekly Critical Thinking Practice – 7-Day Structured Guide

# WEEKLY CRITICAL THINKING PRACTICE
## 7-Day Structured Guide

**By Becoming Real**

Build the muscle of genuine thinking. One day at a time.

## MONDAY: DISCOVERY
**Question everything you believe**

List 3 beliefs you hold about:
– Yourself
– Your relationships
– Your work

Example: “I’m not good at public speaking”

**Write them down.**

## TUESDAY: ORIGIN
**Where did these beliefs come from?**

For each belief:
– Did you verify it? Or were you told it?
– Do you remember when you started believing it?
– Could it be wrong?

**Write the origin story for one belief.**

## WEDNESDAY: INCONSISTENCY
**Find where you don’t apply your belief consistently**

Where do you make exceptions?
Where do you apply it differently?

Example: “I’m not good at public speaking” – but you’re great at teaching your kids.

**Write your inconsistency.**

## THURSDAY: KNOWLEDGE GAP
**Name what you don’t actually know**

To defend your belief:
– What would you need to understand?
– What would you need to study?
– What experiences would change your mind?

**Write one knowledge gap per belief.**

## FRIDAY: EMOTIONAL SERVICE
**Admit how this belief serves you**

Does it make you feel:
– Safe?
– Right?
– Important?
– Helpless?

**Write the emotion underneath one belief.**

## SATURDAY: LOVE OR FEAR?
**Check the foundation**

Is this belief rooted in:
– Love of something?
– Fear of something?

Example: “I’m not good at public speaking” might be fear-based (fear of judgment) rather than love-based (love of connecting with audiences).

**Reconnect to love if needed.**

## SUNDAY: INTEGRATION
**Live the insight**

One small action based on what you discovered.

Example: If you discovered fear of judgment, try speaking up in one low-stakes situation.

**Take one action.**

## NEXT WEEK
**Start over with new beliefs.**

The practice compounds.

Month 1: You’ll notice your thinking is different.
Month 3: You’ll catch yourself mid-pattern.
Month 6: You’ll be genuinely wise.

**Do this weekly. Share what you discover. Build the muscle.**
